ABOUT THE ROLE





As our Strategy & Transformation Project Manager, you will:



Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Translate strategic priorities into actionable programmes with clear milestones and measurable outcomes. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure alignment and manage expectations. Establish and maintain governance structures, track progress, and report to the Strategy & Transformation function. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery. Use data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and track impact. Drive continuous improvement by embedding best practices and capturing lessons learned. Conduct market research and analyse intelligence to support strategic planning.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong project and programme management capabilities, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a high level of communication and analytical ability. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving delivery at pace. A project management qualification is desirable, and familiarity with strategic planning, transformation, and change management principles is essential.


You'll be a confident communicator, highly organised, and professional in style--able to engage at board level while scrutinising detail when required
