Summary

As a Street Food Markets Driver at Voodoo Chicken, you will play a vital role in ensuring our famous market stalls are fully stocked, equipped, and always ready to serve. Based out of London Waterloo, your day-to-day will involve transporting equipment and supplies. You're the one who ultimately makes the magic happen.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll help ensure our markets run smoothly, safely, and profitably - so the Voodoo Chicken experience shows up at full strength, every time.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage stock and equipment deliveries to ensure timely service. Assist in operations including inventory management and stock organisation. Drive our van to transport food and equipment safely and efficiently. Communicate with the team to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks as needed. Load and unload goods with care and efficiency. Carry out minor repairs and preventative maintenance on market equipment (e.g. fryers, griddles, gazebos, tables) Troubleshoot and respond to urgent issues on site.

Requirements

Previous experience in catering is preferred. Full UK driving licence is essential Strong communication skills for effective teamwork. Safe and efficient vehicle operation. Basic DIY or maintenance skills are a bonus.
