Street Lighting Labourer
Job Description
37 hours per week
A position is available for a street lighting labourer on a full time permanent position within the street lighting department of Bridgend County Borough Council. The job requires the candidate to driver vehicles of up to 3.5t and have an appropriate driving licence. As part of the street lighting team they will work along side other labourers and electricians. The typical workload will be to excavate the highway in order to replace lighting columns and expose mains supplies.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
A Health Surveillance assessment through our Occupational Health Service is a requirement for this post
