As a credible member of the Streetworks Team you will:
Report to the Streetworks Team Leader and you will provide clerical assistance to the central streetworks team surrounding all Streetworks related matters in association with legislation and guidance. This role covers the whole of Wales plus some English bordering authorities. The post will include liaison with Highway Authorities, network service providers and DCWW colleagues associated with streetworks, ensuring a high level of service and communication at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
Receive, receipt and process in line with Streetworks process maps the following Workstreams received via Streetworks Application Works Management System Confirm/Email/Fax; for clean, waste and capital business areas.
Enter and monitor NRSWA notifications in line with legislative guidelines.
Utilise Streetworks Excel Spreadsheets to update, monitor and interrogate streetworks work streams to also assist with monthly MI reporting requirements.
Monitor Streetworks Works Management System to mitigate risk surrounding all Noticing Requirements, FPNs and S74 charges.
Liaise with various stakeholders inclusive of but not limited to Highway Authorities, DCWW Business Areas/colleagues, Contract Partners via email/phone/face to face meetings.
Process and monitor queries in line with business requirements.
Provide support to internal business areas for all streetworks related matters.
Undertake general office duties, to include mail sorting, fax issuing, filing, photocopying.
Timely processing and monitoring of Streetworks & TMA administrative related activities.
Accuracy of data entry in Confirm, SAP and all other related IT applications.
Provide continual support and communications with all customers and stakeholders surrounding all streetworks related matters.

About you
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
IT skills in Microsoft Office Systems, SAP
Excellent communication skills
Customer service orientated
Able to work within a team environment, and on own initiative
Able to work to tight time scales
Utility specific operational awareness and or experience would be an advantage
Full Streetworks regulations and IT specific training will be provided for this role.
Good to know
This role involves hybrid working (2 days minimum in the office).
