Job Description

We are currently seeking a

Street works Schemes Supervisor

to join our team. The successful candidate will join us on a full time permanent basis supporting the Street works Schemes Manager and Project Managers in their scheduling requirements with an excellent package on offer.

Duties include:

Project Preparation and Execution:

Review and finalise work packages in preparation for construction. Oversee the project to ensure alignment with the works programme.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with third-party stakeholders to ensure efficient and coordinated execution of works.

Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ):

Ensure HSEQ standards are consistently maintained across all works. Implement and adhere to traffic management and HSQE plans.

Records Management:

Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records.

Budget and Risk Management:

Manage the project within budgetary constraints. Identify and advise on commercial risks associated with the project.

SSSTS Streetworks Supervisor

Experience:

Proven experience ensuring correct and safe practices are in place and works are carried out as per Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Working with Multiple Sub Contractors onsite and our in house teams. Carry out audits on sites. Ensure cost capture of all works is recorded accurately. Communicating with the Commercial team and Schemes Manager on a regular basis. Minimum of 18 months experience.
