We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer/Strength & Condition Coach to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised programmes and expert guidance. Responsibilities
Develop customised training programmes tailored to individual client needs and goals
Carry our SGPT Classes alongside our existing SGPT Coaches
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, providing clear instruction and motivation
Monitor client progress and adjust programmes accordingly to ensure continuous improvement
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety procedures, and injury prevention
Maintain a clean and organised training environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional
Keep accurate records of client sessions, progress, and feedback
Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards to enhance training quality
Skills
Proven experience in sports coaching or personal training roles
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex exercises clearly
Organised with the ability to plan effective training sessions efficiently
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness aspirations
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional manner
