Job Description

Rushmoor Royals Swimming Club is affiliated to the Swim England South East Region and is the leading Competitive Swimming Club in North Hampshire, covering the areas of Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet, Camberley and Yateley. Currently, we utilise four pools including a 50m pool.
Our swimmers have competed and succeeded at every level of competitive swimming from County, Regional and National level and provides competitive opportunities for all ages and abilities. Many of our swimmers have participated in the Regional and National Talent programmes, and as part of this development we believe the skills gained outside of the pool are fundamental.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled land training coach to work with squads aged 11 to 14, and 15 to 18 years old. They will be skilled in the whole range of physical development competencies which will ultimately build strength, agility and assist in the avoidance of injuries.
Hours will be Friday evenings 6:00pm to 7:00pm, Sunday 4pm to 5:00pm, 6:00-7:30pm.

The role comes with very competitive rates of pay dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will:
? work as part of a highly experienced and qualified team of coaches across a range of
squads.
? hold a physical training qualification (or equivalent) and have a clear DBS check (completed by the club).
? have experience of training swimmers of all ages , including youth swimmers.
? be confident working and communicating with a wide range of people from the
swimming community.
? be highly motivated and passionate about developing swimmers as people as well as
athletes to enable them to reach their full potential.
This will be a part-time self-employed position. Remuneration will be
commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
