tructural Engineer

with at least

2 years of experience

to join our skilled and friendly team

You'll be actively involved in every stage of the design and delivery process, supported by strong mentorship and clear opportunities for rapid professional growth.

What We're Looking For

A degree in

Civil or Structural Engineering

2+ years of post-graduation experience

in structural design Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and structural design software Enthusiasm to develop technically and professionally A strong interest in progressing toward

Chartership

(ICE or IStructE) Good communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Do

Design and assess structural solutions on a wide range of projects Assist with projects from concept through to completion Work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and contractors Take part in site visits, reporting, and client meetings Learn directly from a Chartered Director and experienced mentors Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle
