Job Summary

With a rapidly expanding workload, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented, confident and highly

motivated Architectural Technologist or Technician (minimum +2 Years Post Qualification) to join GGP Consults' Architecture Division. This based in our Hull Head Office.

Working within a proven team of Architects and Technologists/Technicians, the successful candidate will report to and be supported by a Senior Technologist and ultimately be accountable to GGP Architects Divisional lead.

Some of the key duties will be:

- Understanding and Design Implementation of UK Building Regulations

- Attending Site Meetings

- Capable of detailing buildings in some or all of the following sectors:

o Industrial

o Commercial

o Food

Experience in other sectors advantageous.

Essential skills:

Working within an Architectural Team (and wider Design Team)

Capable Autodesk Revit User

Client and Design Team Liaison

Confident in Running Smaller Sized Projects Autonomously

They must have at least 2 years' design experience and Revit experience essential. They must also have excellent communication skills in IT, verbal and written forms.
