Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our project site. You'll coordinate work activities, uphold rigorous safety standards, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding performance--all while maintaining a positive, collaborative work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Operations:

Coordinate and monitor all on-site activities to ensure they run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and support crew members--providing coaching, training, and clear direction to help everyone perform at their best.

Safety & Compliance:

Carry out regular site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations, ensuring a zero-incident culture.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison:

Serve as the on-site point of contact--addressing client queries, communicating progress updates, and resolving concerns swiftly.

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed logs of site activities, including workforce attendance, incidents, and equipment usage.

Policy Enforcement:

Apply and reinforce company procedures to optimize productivity and quality.

Team Culture:

Foster open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect across the site team.
Qualifications

Accreditations:

Slinger - A40; Telehandler/Plant Machine tickets

Experience:

Proven track record in a supervisory role within a similar industry

Leadership Skills:

Strong organisational and motivational abilities; leads by example

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills for clear coordination with your team and clients

Technical Knowledge:

Sound understanding of site-specific health & safety regulations

IT Proficiency:

Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and documentation
