Role Overview
We are seeking a Structural Surveyor on a part-time or freelance basis to assist with on-site inspections and preparation of detailed structural survey reports. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of residential and small commercial structures, with the ability to diagnose structural defects and prepare professional, client-facing reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out on-site structural inspections of residential and commercial buildings across the UK.
- Identify and assess structural defects such as movement, cracking, roof issues, and foundation concerns.
- Take accurate site measurements, photographs, and detailed notes for reporting.
