We have 2 student weekend admin roles available:
Role 1- Friday 4pm-10pm & Saturday 2pm-10pm
Role 2- Saturday 2pm-10pm & Sunday 2pm-10pm
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Essential Criteria
- 5 GCSE's grades A-C
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
