Description





To work flexibly to provide a comprehensive customer service and administrative function for theCollege. To ensure that the Student and College Service is of a high quality and fully meets the needs of the customers. To promote the provision of the Student and College Service to all users. To develop and maintain the knowledge required to advise customers on elements of the service delivered (e.g. curriculum provision, financial support, DBS, learner eligibility for enrolment) To ensure that College standards are worked to and maintained (e.g. Matrix and Key Performance Indicators). Ensure continuous development and improvement of personal professional knowledge. Any other duties of a similar level of responsibility as may be required.

safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults

Equipment & Materials:

the furniture, equipment and consumable goods used in relation to their work

Health / Safety / Welfare:

the health and safety and welfare of all employees, students and visitors under their control in accordance with Hopwood Hall College's safety policy statements

Customer service skills and experience. Administration skills and experience. Experience of being multi-skilled and working flexibly in order to respond to changing priorities.

Knowledge and understanding of the college business (e.g. structure, curriculum). Knowledge of administrative, customer service and quality standards. Ability to work with learners and understand the issues facing different groups of learners. Knowledge of college systems and processes.

Advanced user of Microsoft applications Ability to use technology to generate information and improve efficiency
