We are looking for a highly competent professional who will coordinate the school's provision for Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) across all year groups and lead on providing opportunities for extracurricular and personal development across the school, including enrichment, rewards and school trips.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced school environment. You will be adept at building strong relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders, while maintaining the highest professional standards.
You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a genuine passion for motivating young people to engage in both their learning and wider personal development.
This is an exciting opportunity because this role offers the chance to directly shape the student experience here at The Birkenhead Park School. You will lead on key areas, such as careers education, extracurricular programmes, and personal development opportunities. By fostering strong connections with stakeholders, you will raise aspirations and open doors to future pathways for our students.
Every day will bring new opportunities to make a tangible impact on the school community. If you are passionate about preparing young people for life beyond the classroom and creating unforgettable enrichment experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will be joining a passionate and committed whole school team, dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our students. As the key contact for student engagement, you'll collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and other key stakeholders, coordinating initiatives whilst having the autonomy to bring your own ideas to life.
Please read our separate job advert person specification for more detail on role responsibilities.
