Student Liaison Lead
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Student Liaison Lead to support adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a college setting. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for learners, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and empowered throughout their educational journey. Strong communication skills, a person-centred approach, and experience in SEND support are essential for creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
The successful candidate will:
deliver effective student parliament and student voice initiative
deliver enrichment curriculum in line with student feedback
Line manage the Accessible Information Officer in line with CQC & Ofsted guidance (including LA audits)
Salary: 14.34 per hour/27,590.16
Hours: 37
Weeks: 52
Holiday: 5 weeks plus 10 days bank holidays

Requirements:

Experience of supporting students with visual impairments, learning difficulties and/or other disabilities
Experience of working in further education environment
Good standard of Math and English
Holds or working towards Level 3 Qualification in a relevant curriculum or specialist area
