Astranti is an online professional training provider that supports thousands of learners worldwide as they work toward their professional qualifications. We are looking for a Student Mentor to join our mentoring team on a maternity cover contract. The role will begin in January 2026 (with some flexibility on start date). It will run for one year, with the possibility of continuing afterwards depending on performance and the work available.

You will provide high quality one to one support to students throughout their studies. From the day a student enrols to the day they qualify, you will offer guidance and encouragement at every stage.

The successful candidate must be confident when communicating, as the role involves regular one to one video calls with students. The role also includes customer service and administrative work. You should be comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email and instant messaging.

This is a full time position with working hours from 8.30am to 5pm on weekdays.

The Role



Typical tasks include the following.

Enrolling students and offering an introductory walk through of the course. Showing students how to use the study platform and course materials. Working with students to create individual study plans and helping them keep to these. Coaching students and acting as their main contact throughout their studies Communicating with customers through email, phone and instant messaging. Communicating effectively with colleagues Investigating and resolving customer enquiries. Maintaining accurate customer records.
