Job Description

The Student Money Service (SMS) is a specialist team which makes up part of Student and Campus Life Services at UWE. SMS is made up of 4 small teams who each have different purposes, these are:

  • Student Money Advice
  • Financial Education
  • Financial Support
  • Fees and Student Finance
This role will sit within the Fees and Student Finance Team which has many responsibilities. These include ensuring funding is paid to students and UWE from external funding bodies and ensuring students are charged the correct fee.
About you
The Student Money Service is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Fees and Student Finance Team, working 37 hours per week. You will assist with the delivery key financial income activities for students and UWE. The successful applicant needs to have a commitment for accuracy and willingness to learn about multiple internal and external systems.
You will also work closely with the rest of the Student Money Service and other teams across the university.

This is a full time (37 hours) post which commences January 2026 and ends 31st December 2026.
