About this Role



Term-Time Only + Training Days (39 weeks per year) Full-Time 37 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am-4:00pm



We are seeking an organised, proactive, and caring individual to join our pastoral team as Student Receptionist with First Aid responsibilities. This role is central to ensuring that every student feels supported, safe, and able to thrive in our school. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting students' welfare and success within our school community.

About You



To be a good fit for this role, you will be:

A professional individual with experience of providing pastoral support to young people A clear communicator with excellent organisation skills, able to balance firmness with empathy and build relationships with a wide range of individuals Be confident working with students, parents, and staff in a professional and supportive manner Remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion Have good ICT and administrative skills Be committed to improving attendance and wellbeing for all students
