We're looking for a
Student Service Office Manager
to support our dynamic Student Services department and help drive its success.
In this pivotal position, you'll work closely with the Head of Department and collaborate across the college to build strong, constructive relationships. You'll champion efficient and effective working practices, ensuring policies and procedures deliver
outstanding customer service every time
.
Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support and stepping in to deputise for the Head of Department alongside other managers when needed.

Essential Experience:
Level 3 qualification in business/administration or equivalent.
Level 2+ literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with students, staff, parents, and employers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Windows 10, databases, and spreadsheets.
Commitment to outstanding customer service.
Experience in a busy team environment.
Ability to support staff wellbeing proactively.
Desirable Experience:
Familiarity with a wider range of IT applications.
Understanding of safeguarding.
