Job description

Carlton le Willows are looking to appoint a Student Services and First Aid Officer to join our academy in July 2025 on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role

As a Student Services and First Aid Officer, you will provide the administrative support in the academy including student reception and medical support for the inclusion team ensuring an efficient service is provided at all times for students, staff, parents/carers and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for First Aid queries relating to students and staff and ensure all students with medical conditions are properly supported in the academy.



You will receive a First Aid allowance, in addition to your salary, of 180 per year (pro rated).

Results

With a consistent record of high academic attainment, Carlton le Willows remains one of the top performing schools in the area. In summer 2024, 80% of students achieved a Grade 5 or above in English, with 63% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in Maths. With an overall Progress score of +0.51 and 60% of students achieving Grade 5 or above in both English and Maths we are placed well above similar schools nationally.



A level students in our high performing sixth form also celebrated strong results with 90% of the cohort securing a place at their first choice university, retaining our reputation for academic excellence post 16.
