Position Summary:





Join our dynamic Brighton team and become the face of the EC student experience! As a Student Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in welcoming students from around the world, supporting them throughout their journey, and ensuring their time with EC is nothing short of unforgettable. You'll be their go-to guide and problem solver, helping them feel at home from their first day in Brighton to their last.



This is a fast-paced, people-focused role perfect for someone who thrives in an international environment, loves creating exceptional experiences and takes pride in making every interaction count.




Some of the responsibilities you'll have as a Student Services Coordinator could include:




Ensure the smooth delivery of student "firsts" including airport transfers, arrival at residences, and homestay families, and the operational aspects of the student's first day. Act as the first point of contact and advisor for all students and visitors to the Centre, ensuring they are all dealt with in a courteous and professional manner, providing the necessary advice and assistance, and effectively dealing with any requests and feedback. Oversee the planning, implementation, and promotion of student activities. Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvement and service applications that positively impact the student's experience. Support the accommodation function through the allocation of residences and homestay families and maintaining an up-to-date system of all necessary records.



Education Required:




Secondary Education Fluent in English (verbal and written)



Education Desired:




Higher Education Knowledge of a language other than English is considered an asset



Experience Desired:




Has personally travelled as a language student Customer Service experience within an EFL context or similar Customer Service experience Working in a multi-cultural environment
