Key Responsibilities
This role is dynamic and requires a willingness to engage in various duties to fully support our Service Users.
1. Professional & Work Support
Assist Service Users with day-to-day
professional tasks
, including diary management, correspondence, and organising work materials.
Act as a proactive, reliable point of contact to ensure professional clients can concentrate on their core responsibilities.
Conduct essential
errands
and maintain efficient organizational systems.
2. Personal Care & Support (Carer Role)
Provide empathetic, respectful, and hands-on
personal support
(which may involve aspects of a carer role, such as assistance with mobility or simple personal needs).
Assist with
shopping
and accompanying Service Users to appointments or social engagements.
3. Domestic & Household Support (Cleaning/Support Role)
Perform
light housekeeping
(cleaning, tidying, and general maintenance) to ensure a comfortable and organised environment.
Assist with
laundry
, basic
meal preparation
, and other general domestic tasks.
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
Location:
Must be a current
student or recent graduate
based in, or with easy access to,
Cambridge
. (We have similar roles for non-students/graduates which can be applied separately by searching Click Together Cambridge on Indeed or Google).
Availability:
Applicants must clearly state their interest in the
Part-Time or Full-Time

Character:
Genuine empathy, discretion, and absolute respect for client privacy and confidentiality.
