Duties



Act as the primary liaison between students and faculty, addressing inquiries and providing timely support Assist with enrollment processes, registration, and maintaining accurate student records Coordinate student orientation sessions and ongoing support programs Provide guidance on academic policies, deadlines, and available resources to enhance student success Support faculty with administrative tasks related to course management and student engagement Organise workshops, seminars, and events aimed at student development and well-being Monitor student progress and intervene when additional support or referrals are needed

Qualifications



Proven experience working with students in an educational setting or similar environment Strong background in higher education teaching or education administration Familiarity with university systems, policies, and academic procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse student populations Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and proactively Experience in teaching or mentoring students is highly desirable Knowledge of student support services and resources within a university context

Pay: 24,500.00 per year
