As Student Support Officer, you'll be on the front line, helping to deliver a personalised educational and wellbeing experience to the pupils at LightBeam Academy. The role will include maintaining student records, monitoring attendance, supporting each student to fulfil their potential and occasionally taking part in classroom delivery - this is a hands-on role!
You'll be involved in parent liaison, organising daily activities and routines with support from the Management Team. You will act as key link between students, parents and teachers and, therefore, excellent customer service and organisational skills are essential.
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who has a passion for young people's education. The post holder will require competency in Office/computer literacy. Previous experience in a customer facing/educational role is an advantage but not essential.
