Student Support & SEND Lead
Job type - Full time, permanent
Salary - 28,892 - 31,242 per annum
Hours - 40 hours per week
Location - Stoke

What will I be doing as a Student Support & SEND Lead?
As a Student Support & SEND Lead, you'll be a consistent, trusted adult guiding students through barriers and back into learning.
Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead within your centre Lead on EHCP reviews and oversee the delivery of inclusive SEND support Collaborate with Programme Leaders, Local Authorities, families, and external professionals Line manage Learning Support Assistants and help create a nurturing, respectful learning culture

Has experience in safeguarding, SEND, and multi-agency working Communicates with empathy, clarity, and confidence Can lead others while staying grounded in the needs of students Believes that education opens doors -- especially when others have closed
