Congleton High School are seeking to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Student Workroom Manager, who will be working with the SENDCO, SEND leadership team, TA Team and Teaching staff. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operation of the SEND Student Workroom, ensuring it provides a structured, supportive, and inclusive environment for students with additional needs. The role involves managing resources, coordinating staff support, and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to focused learning, independence, and wellbeing, enabling students to make sustained academic and personal progress.

Hours: 30.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: 5 days a week

Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus Inset Days)

Salary: Grade 6 SCP FTE Salary: 27,712 pro rata Actual salary: 19,710
