Student Support Manager

to support and drive key operational functions helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full time fixed term basis covering sabbatical leave. The contract will start on the 13th April 2026 and end on 13th July 2026.


To lead the effective delivery of Student Support Team and ensure the vision for high quality inclusive support is implemented across the College. To ensure compliance with CCC SEND policy statutory responsibilities and funding requirements. To provide strong operational leadership line managing the Student Support Team and ensuring consistent high quality support for learners with additional needs.

About You

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring


Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency Clear and professional communication skills Confidence working with systems and processes including experience with learner records and learner progress monitoring software eg EBS ProMonitor etc. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. Experience in a similar Student Support Manager role.
