This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator / PA to provide crucial administrative and organisational support within a high end, prestigious interior design studio. You will be supported by the PA to CEO and Studio Manager in London. The role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment
As the Office Administrator / PA, you will:

  • Collect gifts from stores across London for the Founder and family
  • Order lunch and stationary for the office
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure filing systems are up-to-date.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and client material

A successful Office Administrator / PA should have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred.
  • Interest in working within a creative environment
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
