About the Role
We're seeking an expeirence, highly organised, and dependable Studio Administrator to strengthen the administrative and operational backbone of our team. Efficiency is your middle name. You're one of those people that is incredibly organised.
This is a varied and responsible role suited to someone who takes pride in getting the details right and keeping systems, people, and processes aligned.
As Studio Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for all things admin and operational, ensuring the studio functions efficiently and supporting a range of internal processes across HR, finance, office management, and team support. From onboarding new team members to managing documentation, updating systems, and keeping the space organised, you'll play a central role in creating a well-run, well-supported working environment.
This role suits someone with a proactive mindset who enjoys improving processes, streamlining communication, and supporting others behind the scenes. You'll be trusted with a broad range of responsibilities, and your calm capability will help keep things moving, no matter how busy the day gets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries with clarity and care
Share customer insights and feedback with the wider team
Action customer queries and follow through with updates where needed
Product Data Support
Support internal product information management across documents and tools
Assist with proofreading and final checks (copy and layout)
People & Team Support
Coordinate onboarding for new team members -- accounts, emails, access, and documentation
Organise internal meetings, travel, training, and team events
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and support internal follow-up
Manage internal gifting (birthdays, celebrations, etc.)
Support light HR admin, including holiday tracking and absence records
Administrative & Operational
Data input and documentation
Create, update, and maintain SOPs and internal admin records
Manage password records and access tools
Maintain the office asset register and supply systems
Track and organise receipts for bookkeeping and reporting
File and maintain physical and digital admin records
Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
Lead weekly admin reporting and operational checks
Studio & Space
Keep the studio and communal areas tidy, organised, and well-stocked
Coordinate external cleaning and ensure shared spaces are welcoming
Welcome visitors and walk-ins in a friendly and professional manner
Systems & Data
Input and maintain BCorp and sustainability-related data
Support software and tool maintenance (e.g. light troubleshooting, updates, task tracking)
Assist with internal projects and task management systems
Warehouse Support
Support the warehouse team during peak periods as needed
Project Support
Provide administrative support on major internal projects; including an upcoming relocation
Assist with scheduling, documentation, supplier communication, and progress tracking
Ensure records and logistics for cross-functional projects are well organised and up to date
About You
You're someone who:
Has 4+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a commercial and product-related environment
Brings a calm, steady, and solution-focused approach to your work
Is detail-oriented - you triple-check your work and catch small errors others miss
Takes pride in getting things done right the first time
You're tech confident - you understand how software processes generally work and know how to approach issues to find solutions.
Communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally
Is naturally organised - and helps others stay organised too
Understands confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
Enjoys routine, but is flexible and resourceful when plans change
Confident to manage your time independently
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Self-motivated professional who can identify and solve problems before they escalate

Skilled at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Proactive approach to customer service and relationship management
Experience with B-Corp or sustainability reporting is advantageous
