Job Description

Saturday Positions available at each of studios at White House Farm, Sprowston NR13 6LB and Wroxham Barns, Hoveton, NR128QU.

Please do not apply if you cannot work Saturdays.

We are looking for a highly motivated, trustworthy, confident and creative person to join our team.

Full training is provided however it is essential for an applicant to have previous retail and customer service experience as well as an interest in creative crafts.

The vacancy of Studio Assistant involves supporting customers with their creations as well as assisting with baby's hand and foot prints, therefore suitable applicants must be able to demonstrate creative flair and be happy to work with young babies and children.

The role also involves using an online booking system, taking bookings and deposits over the phone, as well as in person.

Helping with group bookings such as children's parties, hen parties and work/evening events and occasionally going to events.

Previous experience working with ceramics is not essential but would be a benefit.

This role will require applicants to have the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks accordingly.

You will be required to work quicky and efficiently particularly during busy periods/ high season, this role requires a highly motivated person with ability to demonstrate initiative.

This can be a high pressure environment requiring excellent team working and communication skills.

Working days: Saturdays: 9:30 - 5:00pm with additional days/ evening available ad hock and during school holidays.

We are looking for someone who can commit to the above day, on a weekly basis for an immediate start.

Ability to drive and access to own car essential as you may be required to work at each of the above sites.
