About ThreeSix Pilates

ThreeSix Pilates is a premium reformer studio offering elevated movement experiences, community-driven events, and a luxury wellness environment. We are expanding our team with two Studio Coordinators who will help deliver a seamless client experience and support the daily operations of the studio.

Role Purpose

The Studio Coordinator ensures the smooth, efficient running of the studio. This role blends operations, customer service, admin, and light studio management. You'll be the calm, organised presence that keeps everything flowing -- from greeting clients to supporting instructors and maintaining the studio vibe.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front of House

Welcome clients and create an inviting, professional studio environment. Manage check-ins on Momence; assist with bookings, class packs, and membership queries. Handle client questions via WhatsApp, email, and in-person. Ensure high-standard customer service with warmth, clarity, and efficiency.

Studio Operations

Open and close the studio when scheduled. Maintain studio cleanliness and setup (lights on, AC, equipment aligned, towels restocked, mats cleaned). Support instructors with smooth class transitions. Report any maintenance, facilities, or equipment issues.

Admin & Systems Support

Manage and update daily schedules in Momence. Assist with content coordination (sending class clips, collecting footage from videographers). Track attendance, no-shows, and escalate issues as needed. Support small admin tasks such as spreadsheets, lists, and stock checks.

Founder & Studio Support

Work closely with the Founder to support daily studio operations. Assist with delegated tasks including scheduling, client communication, organisational tasks, and event preparation. Provide dependable on-the-ground support so the Founder can focus on wider operational and strategic priorities.

Marketing & Community

Capture simple content (behind-the-scenes, stories, studio clips) aligned with the brand aesthetic. Assist with events, pop-ups, or special classes (e.g., Class on the Grass, themed sessions). Be an active part of the ThreeSix community and represent the brand.
