Casino Dealer (Trainee) - Middlesbrough

Contracted Hours: 16hr to 24 hr. Multiple contracts available

Hourly pay: 12.24 per hour

*Will receive an additional 1.50 per hour for working Night shift between 11 PM and 6 AM.

Multiple roles available

Usually 8 hour shifts

Day shift & Night shift

Weekend availability

Absolutely no previous experience is required as full, paid training will be given.

Due to the Industry we operate in the successful candidate will need to undergo a Basic DBS check and successfully apply for a Personal Function License (you so not need to currently hold any license to start) with the Gambling Commission as part of this role. Both the DBS check and Gaming license applications are paid for by the company and we'll help you with the application.

What is the role?



As a Studio Dealer you will deal the table games in our Broadcast and be integral in delivering the overall success of the Studio by consistently dealing the table games to the highest standards. You will support the Management Team in implementing a business plan that delivers success for our business, the customer, the employee, the local community and the regulator.

Training:



As part of the paid training course, you will be trained as a Studio Croupier, and taught how to deal roulette and card games, spinning a ball and 'pulling' cards. The training you'll receive will help you to master the skills needed. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills in an ever-expanding industry and make playing games a career.

Following the training, you will:



Deal the table games Fully understand the games & gaming equipment. Take part in the cleaning, maintenance, and audits of equipment Live our values of Ambition, Service Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Respect and Encourage. Collaborate and work as part of the wider casino team Work closely with the Management Team to ensure we deliver consistent gaming excellence.
