Role Overview
As
Sales and Membership Manager
, you will be responsible for leading the growth and operations of the F45 Old Street studio. Your primary focus will be driving membership sales, managing daily studio operations, and fostering a positive and high-performance team culture. You'll also be the face of the studio within the community and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, events and social media presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Growth & Sales:
Lead membership sales efforts, converting leads to trialists and trialists to members.
Develop and maintain a healthy rolling member base, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with the Area Manager to identify sales opportunities, manage promotions and create growth strategies.
Deliver weekly sales performance updates, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Stay up-to-date with current membership deals and look for opportunities to upsell and maximise sales.
40h working contract
You'll be required to work 40 hours a week (not including lunch breaks)
5-10 hours of coaching per week
Studio operations run from 6am-8:30pm Mon-Fri, Sat 8:45-12:30 and Sun 9:45-12:45 and you will be required to work flexibly throughout the week.
Community Engagement:
Engage with the local community through social media, in-studio events, and outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and develop partnerships with like minded businesses.
Outreach to local corporates to offer exclusive discounts and organise team sweats as an extra form of revenue.
Plan and execute community-building events, promotions, and challenges that align with the studio's goals.
Create content for the member newsletters and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), highlighting member achievements, studio news, and upcoming events.
Post regular stories to instagram, creating engaging content of the class atmosphere, members, the team and updates on upcoming events.
Ensure timely communication with members via Loyalsnap texts, emails, social media messages, member whatsapp groups and in-studio announcements.
Team Leadership & Studio Culture:
Manage your team of coaches, reviewing them on a quarterly basis, running monthly team meetings and keeping them accountable on standards.
Organise team events, shout-outs for staff achievements (e.g., birthdays, personal bests), and ensure a culture of recognition and support.
Studio Operations & Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
Manage studio inventory, equipment maintenance, and report any issues or damages to the Area Manager.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CPR/AED certifications and staff training.
Skills & Qualifications
Level 3 Personal Training Qualification

CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Minimum of
2+ years of sales leadership
experience in the health & fitness industry.
At least
3+ years of experience in staff management
.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
Comfortable working with social media platforms and fitness management tools (MindBody, etc.).
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills--empathetic, personable, and able to build strong relationships with both staff and members.
