The Role:

PEMFiT City of London is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team to help manage our studio. Needs to be highly organised with experience in customer relations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, including managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our clients. You will be supporting our PEMFiT City of London Director, playing a key role in the growth and development of our studio. After training you will have extensive knowledge on the use and application of the Pulse XL Pro machine along with the accessories to give the clients the ultimate PEMFiT experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding clients, meet & greet clients on arrival. Support clients in achieving their wellness goals. Provide daily pulse sessions for clients using the Pulse XL Pro machine. Understand client's needs and wellbeing goals. Schedule client's appointments and take payments. As the team grows, oversee the hiring, training, and management of studio staff. Maintain equipment and facilities. Implement policies and procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness at all times including studio set operating procedures. Manage client session pack and memberships sales, as well as handle customer service inquiries. Manage all new client leads coming into the business, focusing on client results and retention. Attending training conferences when required. Attending networking events as well organise and host own events to increase brand awareness and promote the business. Creating & posting captivating content for social media with the aim of increasing brand awareness and client engagement while communicating with our marketing agency partner.

Requirements:

Management experience desirable. Experience of managing in the wellbeing sector preferred. Experience in sales and marketing desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in basic computer programs. Providing an exceptional PEMFiT experience to all our clients and those with high expectations about their wellbeing goals.
