We're seeking an organised and proactive Studio Manager to keep a growing London art studio running smoothly. The role blends operations, administration, customer service, and creative support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily studio operations, staff schedules, and workshop logistics.
Maintain accurate records for attendance, payments, stock, and memberships.
Track KPIs including bookings, sales, customer feedback, and product output.
Ensure full Health & Safety compliance and uphold a clean, welcoming studio environment.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Coordinate internal communication, task delegation, and daily workflow.
Manage online orders and ensure timely production by assigning artists.
Assist marketing with content scheduling, filming coordination, and influencer visits.
Support reception and provide glass lampwork teaching when required (training provided).
Ensure smooth delivery of all workshops and studio sessions.
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
Experience coordinating schedules and teams.
High attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident providing customer service across email, phone, and in person.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment.
