Studio BLA is expanding its operational structure and looking for a candidate who can support day-to-day studio processes while coordinating project-based tasks.
This position plays a central role in maintaining workflow efficiency across the showroom, product development activities and supplier interactions. The role combines operational planning, procurement coordination and hands-on project follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Support operational planning for showroom layout, studio workflow and product organisation
Coordinate small production tasks (e.g. framing, finishing, sample preparation)
Assist with supplier communication and international procurement, including sourcing from Turkey
Oversee basic integrations between in-store operations and online platforms (Shopify, Amazon)
Follow up on project documentation related to decorative installations and product placement
Communicate with contractors, craftspeople and logistics partners involved in implementation processes
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture, civil engineering or interior-related fields
Practical background in both construction-related projects and small-scale spatial work
Experience in operational coordination, procurement or workflow management
Familiarity with general interior project processes and implementation standards
Strong communication skills in both English and Turkish
