Job Overview

We're looking for an

experienced Studio Production Manager

to take ownership of two exciting new weekly online shows -- one focused on

general conversations and real-life topics

(in the style of Jubilee), and the other a

Christian-focused discussion show

exploring faith, life, and purpose.

You'll manage all aspects of the production -- from pre-production planning and guest coordination to overseeing filming days, sponsor relations, and post-production scheduling. You'll be the person who ensures everything runs smoothly before, during, and after each shoot.

This is a

3-month contract role

to start, with the opportunity to grow with us long-term as the shows develop.

Responsibilities

Manage the full production workflow for both weekly shows. Coordinate shoot days (2 days per week), ensuring guests, crew, and equipment are ready. Handle guest communications before filming -- brief, confirm attendance, and manage on-site logistics. Liaise with potential

sponsors, partners, and collaborators

-- maintaining communication and professionalism. Supervise the set on filming days, ensuring everything runs smoothly and technical errors are quickly resolved. Work closely with the host, editor, and camera team to maintain consistency and high production standards. Support with scheduling, documentation, and any production-related needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in

production management or studio coordination

(TV, film, or podcast experience preferred). Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication -- comfortable talking to guests, sponsors, and team members. Calm under pressure; quick problem-solver on shoot days. Passionate about storytelling and creative production.
