The Role:




As a key member of the E-Commerce Studio Leadership Team, the E-Commerce Studio Production Manager is responsible for driving the operational performance, scalability, and future growth of END.'s studio production function.


Reporting to the Director of CX & Studio, this role leads the Production team to ensure seamless workflow coordination, sample management, product publishing, and quality control across all product categories. The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the studio's future, optimising efficiency, accelerating speed-to-site, and embedding technology and data-led decision-making into daily studio operations to deliver best-in-class e-commerce content.



Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:




Oversee and lead daily production operations across sample management, workflow coordination, product publishing, and quality control. Manage and develop the Production team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Partner with Studio, Buying, and Merchandising teams to forecast and prioritise workload, ensuring alignment with trading calendars and commercial objectives. Own capacity planning, forecasting, and throughput analysis to meet daily volume targets efficiently. Monitor and optimise production KPIs including throughput, time-to-site, cost-per-style, and quality score. Identify process bottlenecks and drive data-informed improvements to enhance speed-to-site and overall productivity. Collaborate with Studio Managers and cross-functional partners on workflow transformation initiatives, helping to define and implement new systems and processes that enhance Studio scalability. Leverage emerging technologies and automation to improve production scheduling, quality control, and reporting accuracy. Act as the operational bridge between Production and other studio disciplines including Stock Assistants, Photography, Image Retouching, Styling, Copywriting, and Sizing. Liaise with SMU, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment on launch plans, campaigns, and product priorities to maximise commercial impact. Ensure consistent quality and brand standards across all published product content.

Who we're looking for:




3+ years' experience in studio production, operations, or workflow management within a high-volume e-commerce or creative environment. Proven ability to manage end-to-end production processes from sample intake to product publishing. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate insights into measurable improvements. Experience implementing or optimising workflow management tools (Wrike, Airtable, Monday.com, etc.) and/or DAM systems. Excellent planning and prioritisation skills; capable of balancing operational delivery with long-term transformation projects. Skilled in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management. Data-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders. Strong leadership and people management experience with a collaborative, coaching-focused approach.
