About VYV: House of Life(TM)

VYV: House of Life(TM) is a minimalist, sacred clinical wellness studio inspired by ancient Egyptian healing.
We blend

modern IV therapy, botanical medicine, and ritual wellness

to help clients restore balance, vitality, and peace.

Our Truro sanctuary operates as both a

clinical wellness space

and

meditation venue

, hosting private IV sessions, Mystea tea rituals, and community workshops.

The Role

We are seeking a

Receptionist

who embodies serenity, structure, and sophistication -- the calm presence who keeps the House of Life flowing harmoniously, even when the Founder is abroad.

You will be responsible for front-of-house operations, client coordination, and digital scheduling -- holding both the energy and organization of the space.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and maintain the sacred, minimalist atmosphere (lighting, scent, sound) Handle client intake forms and consent paperwork via

Pabau

and

Fresha

Manage bookings, calls, and walk-ins with warmth and professionalism Oversee the

space hire calendar

and take in

venue hire applications

Manage both the

Founder's calendar

and the

House of Life space calendar

with precision Supervise external facilitators during workshops and rentals Maintain daily records, payments, and inventory Communicate daily updates to the Founder and clinical team

Schedule

Monday-Friday:

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

You Are

Exceptionally

organized and IT-confident

Compensation
