The Role: Study Lead





In this role, you'll be the

go-to guru

for our clients, helping build long-lasting relationships and turn opportunities into success stories. You'll be at the heart of

top-tier Patient Recruitment & Retention projects

, ensuring study materials hit the mark and that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes everything from the development of materials, medical writing, artworking, website and digital campaign development.

What You'll Be Doing:





Client & Vendor Management:

You'll keep client and vendor meetings running smoothly, address performance hiccups, and ensure communication stays crystal clear.

Project Management:

Oversee the day-to-day ins and outs of your projects--keeping trackers up to date, managing files, and ensuring all creative elements (copy, artwork, websites) comply with regulatory standards.

Budget Management:

Play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing. You'll manage vendor costs, track client billings, and find ways to boost efficiency at every turn.

Key Skills/Attributes/Education (aka What We're Looking For):





A degree (or higher) in a biological science (preferred)
Minimum 2 years management experience in patient recruitment, clinical research and/or health communications
Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to multitask, manage a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multi projects
* Proficient in using Google Workspace is desirable but not essential
