The Study/Report Administrator is an entry level position in the Genetic Toxicology publishing group. The role will learn the tasks required to prepare and format check protocols and reports at all stages of the process and to distribute these internally and externally according to the agreed schedules and requirements. The role may also perform administrative tasks relating to Genetic Toxicology.

The job responsibilities will include:

Prepare and format check study protocols and reports to individual client requirements prior to Quality Assurance audit and dispatch to the client.

Distribute protocols and reports to internal teams and to the client via email/portal, according to the scheduled deadlines.

Allocate and distribute reports for scientific peer review

Archive raw study data and final reports.

Archive non-study data

Complete and maintain databases and spreadsheets.

General support as required.

Ordering of stock and external items.

Maintaining/updating relevant departmental spreadsheets.

General administrative tasks as assigned, which may include distribution of post, form production and issue of departmental telephone list, annual leave records etc., as required.

Education:

Ideally "A" level or Degree in English, or a related subject, or relevant industry experience

Experience:

Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project)

An understanding of Health and Safety policies, Company Policies and Procedures, ISO (accreditation and application), and GxPs.

Experience in planning, checking, preparing and some writing reports would be beneficial

Previous industry experience in a relevant field advantageous or the desire to work in a scientific environment
