Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality work on various projects while adhering to timelines and specifications. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our team and clients.

Duties

Execute specific tasks as outlined in project contracts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress, changes, and any potential issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members. Provide accurate estimates of time and materials required for projects, assisting in budget management. Complete all necessary documentation related to the work performed, including reports on progress and any incidents that occur on-site.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a locksmith preferably having UKLA or MLA accreditation Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality. A full UK driving licence and own tools. Relevant certifications or qualifications in your trade are advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: 130.00-260.00 per day
