Job Description
Subcontractor Position
Due to the rapid growth of our workload, we are looking for a subcontractor Painter & Decorator to support our team and work on a range of our schemes, including major/responsive repairs, projects and fire remedial works across Conwy County.
The majority of our works are carried out on behalf of housing associations and local authorities, therefore, past experience in working such environments is beneficial but is not essential.
Rates are to be discussed with senior management.
A DBS Check may be required due to the nature of the work.
Requirements:
Own vehicle (essential) Own tools/equipment (essential) CIS Registered (essential) Public and Products Liability Insurance with at least 2m cover (essential) Training in Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling and COSHH Awareness is essential, however, if you do not have these, we will provide online training in these areas. CSCS Card (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 150.00-180.00 per day
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
