Main purposes of job:

We are seeking a Submissions Officer to join our Submissions Team based in Cwmbran.

Tasks

Submitting ECO measures via the Utility Company's ECO portal

Compliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the Installers

Resolving energy supplier compliance queries

Answering and responding to queries via telephone and email

Inputting key information into the Company's internal databases

Any other tasks as required by the business

Skills/Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programmes Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work Strong organisational skills. Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 37.5 hours per week
