We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and culinary experience, along with demonstrated leadership skills. This role requires effective team management and the ability to ensure exceptional service quality while maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient food production and service delivery
Lead and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Implement and maintain food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations
Manage inventory and supplies, coordinating with suppliers as necessary
Provide training and development for staff, enhancing their skills in hospitality and service
Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the establishment
Qualifications
Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership abilities, capable of managing a diverse team effectively
Previous experience in kitchen management or barista roles is advantageous
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
