About the Role
Are you passionate about guiding people towards a brighter future? We are looking for a Success Coach to provide exceptional information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to adult learners. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking to embark on their learning journey, fostering positive relationships and empowering them to take the next step in their careers with confidence.
Main Purpose of the Role
As a Success Coach, your primary mission is to deliver exceptional information, advice, and guidance tailored to the unique needs of adults. Your goal is to support individuals in achieving their personalised objectives and guide them towards successful and timely enrolment. You will provide this guidance through various communication methods, adapting your approach to suit individual preferences. Integrity, passion, and building strong, positive relationships are at the core of your service.
Key Responsibilities
? Create detailed, high-quality action plans for each learner, ensuring they are tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
? Engage with learners across multiple communication platforms, including phone calls, Zoom meetings, emails, and SMS, to provide timely and relevant guidance.
? Strive for customer satisfaction in all initial interactions, ensuring every learner feels supported from the very start.
? Establish, nurture, and manage stakeholder relationships, serving as a key point of contact to enhance the overall support network for learners.
? Carry out associated administrative tasks promptly, including accurate updates in our CRM system to ensure a smooth workflow.
? Proactively manage the flow of IAG delivery sessions, ensuring high engagement and guiding individuals effectively toward their goals.
? Conduct regular audits and reviews of your records to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
? Proven experience delivering high-quality information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to adults.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across phone, video, and email.
? Strong organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
? Experience using CRM systems to manage client information and maintain accurate records.
? A genuine passion for helping people achieve their personal and professional goals.
? A solid understanding of safeguarding, GDPR, and compliance principles.
Desirable
? An Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) qualification at Level 2 or above.
? Experience working in the adult education, skills, or employability sector.
? A teaching or training qualification (e.g., Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
? Experience working in an environment with clear targets for customer satisfaction and learner progression.
