We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Juice Maker to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh juices and smoothies while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a passion for healthy living and an ability to engage with customers, providing them with exceptional service.

Duties

Prepare a variety of fresh juices and smoothies according to established recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the juice preparation area, adhering to food safety standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Operate juicing equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance as required. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Keep track of inventory levels for ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or as a barista is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for healthy living and knowledge of various fruits and vegetables is an advantage.
