We are currently seeking an experienced Menswear Tailoring and Suits Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service for our well-known luxury brand, Hawes and Curtis.

Since 1913, Hawes and Curtis has stood for more than just tailoring - we stand for style, confidence, and craftsmanship!

Founded in London by Ralph Hawes and Freddie Curtis, our shirts have dressed some of history's sharpest Royals such as HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, and Lord Mountbatten.

Fast forward to today, and we're still crafting timeless tailoring but with a modern edge! With 15 stores across the UK and a growing digital presence, we're extremely proud to have a team of skilled, dedicated and ambitious people supporting our success!

We are now looking for a qualified candidate to join our store team at the Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield.

Main duties will include:



Responsibility for opening and closing procedures Working closely with Store Management, and supporting them in their roles Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the store's KPI results Supervising stock/inventory when necessary Upholding our company values Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example Providing strong duty management skills when required Supporting and directing sales staff to achieve their individual and collective goals

To be considered for this position, you must have:



At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within the fashion retail industry A sound understanding of the retail environment A passion for providing excellent Customer Service The ability to work to a flexible rota Exceptional communication skills Excellent time management skills An enthusiastic and proactive attitude Availability to start immediately is preferred

We are now looking for a qualified candidate to join our store team at the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham.

The Role:



Reporting to the store manager, you will be part of a thriving team, leading and driving sales within the suit department to achieve store targets and KPI's Advise customers in selecting the right suit based on various factors such as preferences and occasion Maintain in-depth knowledge on our various suit styles and fabric types Provide guidance on customisation options Taking measurements and ensuring proper fit for all tailored and off-the-rack suits Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong rapport with valued customers Represent our brand and lead by example

The Candidate:



Minimum 2 years experience in menswear premium retail is desirable Minimum 1 year experience in tailoring is essential Strong interest in fashion with a passion for formal wear Knowledge of fabrics and tailoring details Experience in made-to-measure tailoring is desirable Interest in client interactions Excellent communication skills Keen eye for detail Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
