SUKOSHI - COMMIS CHEF (only full time position available)

You should be able to work across all sites if needed

Starting hourly rate from 12.21 per hour

We are looking for a enthusiastic and highly organised staff member to join our Inamo Sukoshi team. WE are hiring a Commis Chef for our Sukoshi brand.

What we look for in our Inamo Sukoshi Team Commis Chef:

Have experience in cooking and food preparation .

Chefs with passion for Japanese and Pan-Asian food would be priority. You will be performing various tasks including quality control of food, ensuring food safety, leading the preparation of food, following preparation timelines, food delivery distribution. Setting up Your station and do the prep for your shift. Maintaining high levels of cleanliness in all BOH areas by following kitchen opening and closing procedures
Working alongside our talented chefs-who will teach you to progress further! Our kitchen is where the magic begins, we will teach you to take a pride in our amazing food.

Ability to interact with public- enthusiastic and outgoing manner. a team player + great communicator, who has a positive can-do attitude a caring individual you care about other people, our teams + guests you'll be totally focused on creating a positive environment for our guests, encouraging them to explore the menu + try new things you'll have a passion for service, people + fresh food Ability to multitask &work quickly, yet thoroughly. Daily shop opening and closing procedures. you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, serving hundreds of guests every day - so we are looking for high energy people You'll help to ensure the restaurant is always welcoming + inviting to our guests by maintaining your section to the highest standard + following our health + safety procedures
