Overview

We are looking for reliable bar staff and kitchen help to join our team for the summer.

Which means full availability is needed, especially weekends in July and August.

If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a knack for making cocktails and pulling pints, we want to hear from you!

Wages are determined based on age and experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed. Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with the chef to ensure timely service and quality of meals. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including bar, tables, chairs and floor. Handle customer inquiries professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and reporting shortages.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is welcome. Knowledge of food safety practices Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. A passion for culinary arts and meal preparation is an advantage. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliability and a strong work ethic Flexibility to work on weekends, bank holidays, and throughout the summer holidays.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.55-13.00 per hour
